What is a pancake? The name of the dish comes from the English word pancakes, where "pan" means frying pan and "cake" means pastry or cake. Pancakes are delicious treats, a type of food loved by most people. The American version of pancakes is called pancakes (pancake).
Our pancake mix is a great addition to sports nutrition, a component of dietary nutrition, or a treat for children. Pancakes are typically served with honey, berries, powdered sugar, jam, or glaze.
BOMBBAR Cottage Cheese is a dry mix for preparing pancakes. The product is supplied in a 420 g package and contains the sweetener sucralose.
Measure 60 g of mix, equal to three spoonfuls, for one portion. Add the powder to 120–150 ml of water or milk and mix thoroughly until a uniform batter is obtained.
Leave the batter to stand for a few minutes after mixing. Cook the pancakes on both sides in a preheated frying pan. Vegetable oil may be added if desired. Using milk changes the final energy value of the prepared dish.
Keep the unopened package in a dry place at 0°C to 25°C and protect it from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the mix tightly closed for no longer than three weeks.

Preparation
Add 60 g of mix to 120–150 ml of water or milk. Mix thoroughly until uniform and leave for a few minutes. Cook on both sides in a preheated frying pan. Add vegetable oil if desired.
