NUTREND ZMA is a food supplement of 120 capsules. Each capsule contains the ZMA® blend: 150 mg of magnesium (citrate and oxide), 10 mg of zinc (L-OptiZinc® and zinc L-aspartate) and 3.5 mg of vitamin B6.
Take 1–2 capsules on an empty stomach in the evening before bedtime, at most 2 capsules a day; after opening use within 3 months.
Ingredients
ZMA® blend (magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, L-OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate), zinc L-aspartate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)), gelatin capsule (gelatin, colour — iron oxide).
Do not consume if you are allergic to any component.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use
1–2 capsules on an empty stomach in the evening before bedtime. Maximum daily dose — 2 capsules. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
