NUTREND Multimineral Compressed Caps is a mineral food supplement in gelatine capsules, 60 per pack. It contains calcium, magnesium and iron bisglycinates, L-OptiZinc®, chromium lactate and selenium from yeast.
One capsule contains 150 mg of magnesium, 100 mg of calcium, 10 mg of zinc, 3 mg of iron, 80 µg of chromium and 75 µg of selenium. No more than 1 capsule a day.
Ingredients
Calcium bisglycinate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium carbonate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colour — iron oxide), calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, chromium lactate, L-OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate), filler — magnesium stearate, organically bound selenium from yeast, iron bisglycinate, anti-caking agent — silicon dioxide. Recommended daily dose and use
Take no more than 1 capsule per day. Drink with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
