Water, MCT oil from coconut (contains milk proteins), thickener (xanthan gum), citrus fibre, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), flavourings, colourings (ammonia caramel), sweetener (sucralose), acidity regulator (lactic acid), salt. May contain milk, soy, mustard and celery.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Use a 5 ml serving (1 teaspoon) as an addition to dishes, desserts and drinks. Use as needed and consume immediately after preparation. The syrup may naturally separate. Shake before use.
