CHIKALAB Pecan and Caramel is a 55 g glazed cookie. It is based on whey and milk protein concentrates and corn fibre, filled with a pecan soufflé made with beef gelatine and a toffee-flavoured paste with cashews and pecans, and topped with milk chocolate.
