BOMBBAR “Raspberry with Pistachio and Crispy Pastry” is a 45 g glazed bar. Its formulation contains a 22% protein blend made from whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate, together with soluble corn fibre. The bar is coated in milk chocolate and also contains raspberry, pistachio paste and kataifi pastry.

The pistachio paste contains 5% pistachio. The kataifi pastry contains wheat flour, corn starch, vegetable oil, soya lecithin, salt and water. Other ingredients include oligofructose, inulin, tahini made from sesame, glycerol, natural flavourings, citric acid, ascorbic acid, soya lecithin and steviol glycosides. Milk, soya, wheat, pistachio and sesame are present in the composition.

Per 100 g, the product provides 1504 kJ / 359 kcal, 19 g fat, 10 g carbohydrate, 31 g fibre and 22 g protein. Saturates are 3.5 g, sugars 1 g and salt 0.2 g. The bar is ready to eat. Store it away from heat, freezing and moisture.
