CHIKALAB CHIKABAR Tiramisu is a 60 g protein bar based on whey and milk protein concentrates. The recipe combines milk chocolate, a white milk paste with cashews and natural cocoa powder.
Per 100 g the bar provides 25 g of protein, 35 g of fibre and 365 kcal. It contains sweeteners, so excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
