Directions for use:

Pour 20 g (2.5 measuring spoons) of powder into 175 ml of boiling water (approximately ¾ cup) while stirring continuously and vigorously. Stir vigorously for about one minute until smooth. Consume immediately after preparation. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
