MODE OF APPLICATION
The recommended daily serving is 2 tablets. Take the drug with 300 ml of water. On training days: 2 tablets 30 minutes. before the start of the workout. On days free from training: 2 times a day, 1 tablet, preferably 30 minutes before. before meals.
WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended serving during the day. The drug should not be used as a substitute for a nutritious diet. The drug is not intended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
