AllNutrition Folic Acid is a food supplement in capsules, 100 per pack. The folate source is Quatrefolic®, the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid; the capsule is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
One capsule contains 1081 mcg of Quatrefolic®, of which 600 mcg is folate. Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.

Use
Take 1 capsule daily during meals with plenty of water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule).
