Ingredients:
MegaMicellar™ micellar casein 91% (milk proteins), cocoa powder, flavouring, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

Recommended daily dose and use:
Mix 3 scoops (30 g) of powder with 300 ml of water, milk, or juice, and shake thoroughly in a shaker for 1 minute.
To truly enjoy your protein shake, adjust the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency and taste.
It is recommended to take the first dose on an empty stomach immediately after waking up. Take 1 dose before training and another dose after training.
