Creatine monohydrate, taurine, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural flavouring ("Apple"), natural colour (E141(ii)), sweetener (sucralose).

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Add 4 g of the mixture (1/4 measuring scoop) to 60–120 ml of water, mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Creatine monohydrate: 50 g
Taurine: 30 g
