L-glutamine, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), natural flavouring ("citrus blend"), natural colour (E172). Contains sweetener.

Recommended daily dose and use:
For adults: add 5 g of powder (1 measuring scoop) to 200–250 ml of water or juice and mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker) until the mixture becomes homogeneous. When using juice, the nutritional value increases. Use as a supplement to the main diet between meals. Recommended during periods of intense physical activity. Duration of use and repeated courses are determined individually.
