OSTROVIT Glucosamine + MSM + Chondroitin Natural is a 150 g powder with 60 servings of 2.5 g. Each serving provides 390 mg of glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (from crustaceans; 230 mg of glucosamine), 667 mg of methylsulfonylmethane, 400 mg of chondroitin sulfate, 45 mg of hyaluronic acid and 333 mg of vitamin C.
Stir one serving into 100–150 ml of water, 3 servings a day; the product is intended for adults.
Directions for use
Stir a 2.5 g serving (2.5 measuring spoons) into 100-150 ml of water. Consume 3 servings daily. Please use the enclosed measuring spoon (1 ml).
