Bombbar Topping is a thick, creamy sauce with no sugar or fat, and low in carbohydrates and calories. It's perfect as an addition to sweet dishes but also delicious on its own if eaten straight from the tube with a spoon. The sauce is extremely low in calories, rich in natural flavor, and has a unique texture and sweetness.
It is also suitable for decorating desserts, creating a tasty layer between cake layers or pancakes. Bombbar Topping can be added to drinks — coffee, milk, or protein shakes.
BOMBBAR is a 240 g topping. Its ingredients include water, apple puree and isomalto-oligosaccharide. Citric acid is used as an acidity regulator, while xanthan gum and guar gum are used as thickeners. Carmine, natural flavourings, ascorbic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and sucralose are also included in the recipe. This formulation is intended for use as a topping with different foods.
Per 100 g, the declared values are 55 kcal, 0.2 g of fat, 5.8 g of carbohydrate, 15 g of fibre and 0.1 g of protein. The topping can be added to prepared dishes, used with pancakes or ice cream, served as a dressing for fruit salads, incorporated into baking or used as a syrup for cocktails.
Store the product in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. After opening, keep it refrigerated. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Do not consume in case of individual intolerance to any ingredient.
