BOMBBAR Mayo is a mayonnaise-style sauce in a 240 g pack. It is based on water, skimmed milk powder and refined sunflower oil; egg yolk, acetic acid and mustard essential oil give the taste, and pectin the thick consistency.
100 g of the sauce contains 56 kcal, 4 g of fat and 3 g of carbohydrate. It suits salad dressing and goes with meat, fish and vegetable dishes. After opening, keep the pack in the refrigerator.
