BOMBBAR Nut Raff is a 45 g glazed bar with crispy pastry and sweetener. The recipe contains a protein blend made from whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate, along with soluble corn fibre and milk chocolate. Hazelnut, white chocolate drops, oligofructose and inulin are also listed as separate ingredients.

Hazelnut makes up 5% of the product. The crispy component is kataifi pastry containing wheat flour, 5% corn starch, vegetable oil, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate, salt and water. Both the milk chocolate and the white chocolate contain milk ingredients and soy lecithin. Glycerol, citric acid, ascorbic acid and steviol glycosides are among the remaining ingredients.
