BOMBBAR Blackcurrant is a dry pancake mix supplied in a 420 g pack. Its principal ingredients include whey protein concentrate, wholegrain wheat flour, skimmed milk powder and dried egg white. Blackcurrant is included in the formulation and provides the distinguishing flavour for this mixture.
Other listed ingredients include isomaltooligosaccharide, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, salt, natural flavourings, citric acid, ascorbic acid and sucralose. The product contains wheat and gluten as well as milk and egg ingredients.

Preparation
