OSAVI Ashwagandha KSM-66 is a food supplement in vegan capsules, 120 per pack. It contains KSM-66® ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, inulin and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating.
One capsule contains 200 mg of ashwagandha root extract (DER 10-15:1), standardised to 5% withanolides – 10 mg. Take 1 capsule, preferably after a meal.
Directions
Swallow 1 capsule with a small amount of water. We recommend taking it after meals.
