Made with milk proteins, oat flakes and soluble corn fibre, it provides 24 g of protein and 24 g of fibre per 100 g. Contains sweeteners.
BOMBBAR is a 25 g cocoa protein cookie coated with white chocolate glaze. The cookie base contains milk proteins from whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate, soluble corn fibre, coconut oil, water and oat flakes. Alkalised cocoa powder provides the cocoa component identified in the formulation.
Further ingredients include corn flour, egg products, skimmed milk powder, glycerol, salt, natural flavourings, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, a natural black colour based on coconut charcoal and sucralose. The white chocolate glaze contains soluble corn fibre, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin and steviol glycosides.
Per 100 g, energy is 1557 kJ / 372 kcal, with 20 g fat, 12 g carbohydrate, 24 g fibre, 24 g protein and 0.4 g salt. Saturates are 4.8 g and sugars are 3 g. The cookie contains naturally occurring sugars, is supplied ready to eat and should be stored away from heat, freezing and moisture.
